Product Delivery

For areas covered by Fan Courier / Sameday express courier, orders are delivered within 24-48 business hours. Orders are shipped throughout the week.

Orders placed between 9 AM and 5 PM from Monday to Friday will be shipped the same day. If the delivery time is exceeded, please notify us as soon as possible to expedite the delivery. In special cases (ordered products are out of stock, transport difficulties) the delivery time may be slightly adjusted, but you will be informed by email or phone. We take responsibility for deliveries via Fan Courier, and if a product is damaged during transport, it will be replaced as soon as possible at no additional cost.

Payment Methods

To make a payment, the buyer has two options: online card payment or bank transfer. The chosen payment method will be selected by the buyer during the checkout process.

Online card payment is made at the time of order completion, through the Mobilpay payment processor. Payment requires filling out a form with card information on the secure page of the payment processor. Credit/debit cards issued under the Visa (Visa, Visa Electron) and MasterCard (MasterCard, Maestro) brands are accepted.

Bank transfer payment is made after completing the order and only after the buyer receives the invoice for the placed order from the seller. The order will be shipped only after the payment is visible in the seller's bank account.
